How does Brexit effect your product?

Here at Expert Safety Compliance, we want to ensure that your path to full compliance is as efficient and simple as possible. As of the 1st of January 2021, the UKCA will be parallel with CE for an initial twelve-month transition period. This means that the UKCA mark must be applied to your product if it conforms to the listed government criteria.

The standards that have been ratified by the UK government can be found here. Regardless of Brexit standardisation will continue as previous between the UK and the rest of the world.
